ABOUT LAGFF

We are pleased to present to you the second annual Los Angeles Greek Film Festival (June 25-29, 2008) that showcases new films from Greek filmmakers worldwide. Our foremost goal is to promote Greek Cinema and cultural exchange while bridging the gap between Greek filmmakers and Hollywood. This year LAGFF offers a diverse program of more than 30 films, a script competition, panel discussions and a tribute to John Cassavetes and Gena Rowlands. Orpheus Awards are given to the most outstanding new films in the dramatic, documentary and short film categories.
